Portland Raised Beds was founded in the Portland, Oregon metro area in 2017. Our raised bed kits are available throughout the United States exclusively via our online store at PortlandRaisedBeds.com.
We currently ship within the United States of America. We aim to have at least one physical location where we will invite you to visit us in 2018. Until then, the best way to reach us is via our website (using our Contact Us page).
The simple fact is that we are a small, family business. We love to garden, hike, build things, volunteer at schools, and pursue our many interests within our local community. While we are thrilled to serve you and wish to accommodate the requests and wishes of all those who support us and have an interest in what we do...we also want to enjoy a happy, balanced and focused life with our friends and family.
For that reason, we may not always be available to respond immediately to every request or inquiry. We will do our best to respond to your questions in a timely manner, though there may be times when you will have to wait a day or two for us to get back to you. We choose not to rely on call services and virtual employees, and we prioritize making and shipping great products.
